On the entrance floor we find the newly renovated kitchen directly to the right and straight into the house we come to the living room and a terrace in a pleasant south-east orientation. Here you can enjoy the summer evenings without having a blazing sun over you. Outside the entrance there is a terrace with space for a table and chairs for breakfast in the shade in the summer.
