Comfortable and modern apartment in quiet area close to everything This comfortable and modern apartment (built in 2008 but only lived in the last 7 years) is located in a quiet area close to everything, with walking distance to supermarkets and restaurants and even the center of Fuengirola (2 km). The apartment consists of a welcoming entrance hall, a spacious living room with dining table, sofa and TV with exit to the balcony with afternoon sun. The kitchen is big and bright and has an open plan utility room for the washing machine. There are 2 big bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and a bathroom with a good sized walk-in-shower. There is a private garage space and a very big storage room that come with the home. The community has made the decision and already has the permission, to construct a swimming pool. It will be finnished during 2024 and the community fee (88€) is based on that. There will be no extra costs for that investment.
