The primary residential property has three bedrooms, Kitchen, a separate living room, family kitchen and bathroom as well as a laundry and various storage rooms. The smaller house is a one bedroom bungalow with open plan living room and kitchen and a good sized bathroom. In addition there is a large store and extensive covered terracing at the small house. The property is reached by an unmade road which is maintained by the town hall and is 1.6 kilometres from the main road.
